Change initiation

Consult a company on the selection of activities in the field of corporate health management: Preparation of a solid decision basis and facilitation of a prioritization workshop with selected experts and decision-makers from the organization.

 

Impact:

The management board approved the measures proposed during the workshop and provided the appropriate funds for their implementation. The activities that were already carried out of this initiative were very much appreciated by the employees (Feedback Head HR).

 

Strategy consulting

Support a global HR leader in setting up a new head quarter in Switzerland: Support for the integration into the new global leadership role; sparring partner for the setup of global projects and initiatives (culture change, performance management, alignment of job descriptions for C-Level members)

 

Impact:

The HR Leader appreciated having an experienced sparring partner at her side to prepare the HR department for the new global tasks.

Team Development and Employee Engagement

 

Team development

Preparation and moderation of a workshop to promote the fast integration of a new managing director into the organization.

 

Impact:

Mutual expectations of future cooperation could be clarified very well. Overall, there was an open exchange possible in which the participants could get to know each other better and the necessary trust for future cooperation was strengthened.

 

Increase employee satisfaction

Conducted 15 workshops with different teams on the results of the global employee engagement survey.
Goal: Gain a common understanding of the team-specific results and definition of concrete activities.

 

Impact:

The employees greatly appreciated to exchange ideas about strengths and potential fields of action in their working area. Many of the proposed measures were pushed ahead either as a team or at company level.

 

Leadership coaching

Coaching for an experienced leader (CFO) to further develop her individual communication skills.

 

Impact:

Through the coaching, the cooperation with the own employees as well as with the colleagues in the senior leadership team could be significantly improved (Feedback Head HR).

Learning Strategies and Strategy Development

 

Design of a new offering

Support a company in the introduction of a new mentoring offering for leaders and project managers: Input on concept and content; Preparation and facilitation of a one-day kickoff event including the implementation of short workshops for mentees and mentors each.

 

Impact:

Due to the kickoff event, the new offering was widely accepted. Through the integrated workshops, the participants were simultaneously prepared for starting their own mentoring (possible topics, success factors in the collaboration, ideas for the specific setup of the meetings). The Mentoring has been used very well since its introduction.

 

Strategic realignment

Advice on the setup of an initiative for the strategic realignment of the global IT department - from internal service provider to external service provider;
Goal: Development of a new IT value proposition, definition of focus areas for changes and joint development of an overall change roadmap.

 

Impact:

In discussions with the leadership team and during the employee event on the new IT value proposition, clear drivers for future success could be developed. In addition, important milestones for the entire change process have been defined as part of the jointly developed change roadmap.
